Balance is updated NIGHTLY. It is best to check your online account after 8 pm or mornings There are times when inventory or balance isn't uploaded. Simply stop in to get your print out. You can report an issue by emailing redwagonvendor@gmail.com, but PLEASE DO NOT CALL or TEXT CASHIERS.

Balance does NOT include items in Layaway, however, it will show the items price & date sold.

All Items show a Qty of 0 when sold*Items with a quantity of 2 or more will show the price of the single item, your account balance will reflect the multiple quantity.
- On the last business day of the month, your account is "settled" and your balance is no longer available online. Information will be on your printout and with your Statement/Check and available for pickup on the 5th
- If you have an account balance, this means if you do not make enough to cover your booth rent, your balance is due on the 1st, and must be received in full by the 20th of the month, or your booth will be closed.
Occasionally the company that hosts the Online information has technical problems, or experiences outages for their Online Access. Red Wagon has no control over this and please be patient with us when this occurs. You are welcome to come pick up a printout or request the balance of your account by calling 526-9057 or Email us at: redwagonvendor@gmail.com

All submitted after then will go on next month's settlement.
